Roger has served on multiple City boards including the Municipal Planning Board (MPB), the Downtown Development Board (DDB) and Community Redevelopment Association (CRA). All appointments made by current Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer.

For more than 20 years, Roger has represented clients before the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA). Representation has included procurement, RFPs, MWBE/ACDBE compliance, operational engagement and more.

With personal insight, Roger’s knowledge and relationships within Orange County Government are unique and allow for important perspective related to any project or issue.

Roger has worked for dozens of companies in Central Florida in the area of business development and complex project management. Often times he has served as project leader on large public infrastructure projects with multiple team members.

Central Florida’s tourism business market is diverse. Roger has navigated policy issues with governmental entities such as the Convention Center or International Drive’s CRA, as well as engaging directly with large theme parks related to business challenges and opportunities.

With decades of experience in public relations, Roger has led dozens of initiatives related to public projects, private business coalitions, legislative initiatives and marketing campaigns requiring public-facing strategies.
